Mechanical Installations

Set Aligned

Heavy mechanical installation and precision alignment for cranes, shipyards, and industrial plants. Our installation engineers bring decades of experience with challenging machinery, modern alignment systems, and fully documented results.

PRECISION INSTALLATION

HEAVY MACHINERY INSTALLED RIGHT

Cranes, gantries, and industrial machinery only perform as well as they're installed. Our installation crews handle the steelwork, equipment placement, and machine alignment that separates a build that lasts from one that returns to your maintenance backlog.

We pair experienced foremen and millwrights with modern laser alignment, optical survey, and torque-tension systems — and document every measurement so you have a verifiable installation baseline for the life of the asset.

SCOPE OF WORK

WHAT WE INSTALL

MI-01

Steel Erection

Sill beams, portals, A-frames, booms, and trolley girders set, plumbed, and bolted to OEM specifications.

MI-02

Drive & Gearbox

Hoist, trolley, and gantry drives placed and aligned. Backlash, runout, and gearbox-to-shaft offsets recorded for warranty.

MI-03

Laser & Optical Alignment

Rail straightness, span, gauge, elevation, and skew brought into tolerance with documented measurement reports.

MI-04

Bolted & Welded

Calibrated torque/tension procedures, NDT-witness coordination, and weld-map closeout for structural connections.

MI-05

Heavy Lifts & Rigging

Engineered lift plans, mobile crane coordination, and exclusion-zone management for high-mass / high-CG components.

MI-06

Documentation

Bolt-tension records, alignment reports, NCR closeout, and as-built drawings — handed over with each installation.

PROVEN ON SITE

ENGINEERED PRECISION, FIELD-TESTED

Our installation crews work to OEM and FEM tolerances under the realities of an active port or shipyard. We plan for the weather, the tide, and the operations next door — so production keeps running.

  • 01 Pre-erection trial assembly & survey
  • 02 Rail and runway alignment to FEM tolerances
  • 03 Skew, span, and squareness verification
  • 04 Torque-tension & bolt elongation records
  • 05 Engineered lift plans for heavy components
  • 06 Coordination with active port operations
